What about for cross beams? And for multi level structures like 5 storeys?

Cross beams most likely not. Multilevel for sure based off of conventional engineering. Anything done with Sonotubes, Fast-Tube can achieve the same end result.

I believe they had one vertical 15mm piece of rebar in the columns.
