It’s definitely going to be in two parts. When I signed up for advanced notice of ticket sales with the movie theater, it was listed as Wicked part 1.

They are doing part doing the movie in two parts. The composer confirmed by saying “(to continue) after Defying Gravity would be anti-climactic” and I agree.🙂

Except it’s not. That’s how Act 1 of the musical ends. Defying Gravity is a beautiful tribute to everything in Act 1 that leads you into intermission.

yes they are doing 2 parts ... the tailer shows elements of both parts
