One of the few recent Pikes that attracted my attention, Bucket is releasing so many Mellow and similar albums that I feel forced to look for an intermediate rock album, because when it's not Mellow, it comes very unpredictable like a Technical or a Experimental Pike.

This is the best Pike in a while. 641 might have the lead play, but it's nowhere near as interesting a composition as the ones on this Pike. This feels like an actual Pike ALBUM.
I agree, this and 641 are the best of the recent rockers, and 641 is so packed with style changeups that it seems less coherent than 637. But I love the fusion Holdsworth style licks in 641.
