Thanks for this video. Altough it wasnt exactly the same brand nor the same solution. I cleaned the brush and the bearing and still nothing, so i checked the other side of the brush, where it has a plastic square shapped form that goes into a rotor in the motor of the robot vacuum. Activating the vacuum without the brush upside down made me realice it made some noise meaning effort to move the thing that moves the main brush, so i thought it would be a lot of work to disassemble all the robot body just to clean that part. Luckily before giving up i tried with a needle and other pointy stuff to remove the dirt around that "gear". It didnt worked either, so i forced to move it and showed some more clog. i cleaned it again, forced it to move manually, and clean, forced again and clean, and there, the vacuum is working again. Thing is, small dirt will always eventually get inside that part and sooner or later i think everyone is gonna have this problem, altough i feel confident that this that i said is the solution for everytime it happens. Again, i wouldnt have figured it out without your video, so thanks again. BTW: manual said "error 46: main brush clog: take the vacuum to service".... yeah dude, right... manuals should just tell the people how to fix this kind of stuff!!!

Hi, could you suggest how to clean the same hair stuck in the silicon brush - for Deebot U2 PRO . I have 2 main brushes. One like the video and the other one like a silicone brush. I want to know how to clean it.
The mop pads will not spin on my ecovac t10 omni. they just quit working. ive reset the omni but still they wont spin. removed mopping pad plate and cleaned them but still wont spin. on occasion for a few seconds the mopping pads will spin and then stop and will not start spinning again. Is there a belt for the mop motor that may be worn? to explain why they only will spin for a few seconds when your not expecting it and then stop. what is the address for a return depot for a return under warranty from canada. i know i need an rma first but only want to estimate my return shipping cost.
Very useful information. The main motor has a small sqare plastic part ( left side) in which the roller bearing goes. How to remove that part? Is it necessary to remove it for cleaning? Also how to fix it back?
What do I do if i still get the error after cleaning the brush bearing? I even get the "Main brush jammed" error when the brush is not installed? Do i need to open the bot and try and see if hair is stuck in the motor mechanism?
If u removed main brush already n still deebot giving same brush error..means main brush motor is jammed...u can check manually first..put back main brush n try to turn Main brush with ur fingers...see eaisly can turn or feels hard...if hard or totally can not move means motor jammed ...plz open top cover remove bumper then take out main brush motor assembly... disassemble the motor assembly n try to clean using teeth brush n WD-40 spry n assemble back... hopefully will work.because in this model motor wont burn Very fast but belting n gear can stuck...so after service hopefully will work
I tried this and the bearing was completely stuck, I cleaned it and got it moving again with some bearing grease. Thought that would've fixed it but unfortunately the robot will still say "main brush stuck" whenever I try to turn it on. I checked and the drive of the axle isn't moving at all? Does that just mean it's completely broken? How can I check? Do I have to remove the motor entirely?
The problem I'm having is that my old main brush works fine but any new main brush I put it, the machine says main brush tangled. If I put the old brush back in, it works fine. What is causing this problem? It's a brand new EcoVacs brand main brush right out of the box. Nothing tangled on the brush itself! It spins freely when I twirl it in the machine.
Actually if motor we clean it start working but after few days Will be same again because motor jammed already...but I'd some dust stick with belt or roller only jammed then ok just clean it will start working as normal
The rubber on the main brush cover gets folded everytime my deebot 500 starts cleaning. This pushes the dirt past the robovac. Any solution for this? Any replacement part for the main brush cover?

If problem is due to brush jammed then with this method no need to replace brush... Just service at home n fix it.. But in some cases main brush motor jammed... That also if it's only gear jammed so u can service at home but if motor jammed then need to replace main brush motor

Hi, let's see it someone can help me. I need to disassemble the T8 empty base station due to I have purchased recently and it is impossible for me to take back to my country in the airline as a box. So in order to insert the base station into the luggage I would need to disassemble the tower from the base, unscrewing about 4 screws. Do you know if by doing that, I can break any cable or electronic mainboard that then makes the station useless when I put it back together?
Hi... First of all I pray for you... Reach ur destination safely. Just there are 3 screw where tower joint just unscrew n pull up tower casing... There's no worries don't worry... Just connected with pins that will automatically disconnect when u pull up tower... Then eaisly can pack in small box n travel

From inside u can not do at home... I don't recommend... But u can try air pressure gun to clean the dust hopefully will be fix with pressure gun
