Since I have spent an enormous amount of time on and around pool tables and at least was a very advanced player before I stopped shooting for 20+ years. I can without a doubt this guy has a very good stance and stroke. So it's easy to trust him.

You make it look easy. I guess practice , practice will help. Good work. Thanks!!!

It's not that difficult but you got to keep at until it becomes natural to you.

    Hi Howard.
Youre doing the pool table god's work !! Ha ha
Could you plz do a short video for one line visuals for extreme cuts.
I am potting 90 % of balls since watching you. But the extreme cuts and more explanation on one liners would really help !!
    Thanks Sir

Nice you were and are correct, I can make side shots using cte. However you still don't shoot alot of shots into the side pockets. I do get the general ideal for side shots. Good information thank you

Not sure if your asking about the sweep motion, but the OB is divided into 3 equal parts A, B and C and depending on the angle you shooting you would aim at those lines which actually lines up to the edge of the OB. Take a look at some earlier video's CTE Finally Explained

why do you shoot so high on the cue ball?

It seems to me you are deemphasizing the pivot? Is it necessary or not? Secondly, what can you suggest that would help me decide whether it is an A,B,C or 1/8 cut? I am not critical of you video, I like it. I am here to learn.

Most shots are 15% or 30% angles and these shots you can move into without pivoting. When you have a sharper angle (ie) 45% or 60% then you may use the pivoting depending on your skills. Pivoting Left or Right brings you to the center to shoot and after a good deal of practice with it, it works! but you must TRUST the pivot. Many times your eyes will bring you back to "ghost ball" and that could allow a miss.....

I should explain further why I emphasize the side shot. My view is based on the obvious, if you are short on the corner shot but shot slow enough or even fast but not too far down the rail the ball is still pocketed. Not so with the side pockets if you miss a little bit or alot, shot softly or smacked the object ball I will absolutely miss. There's no way to make a side pocket shot but to absolutely make it. No types of things that it will still go. That's why I would absolutely be in debt to you if you could focus on the side pocket. Please just for one video. Because if the object ball hits the rail first = missed shot PERIOD. If the object ball hits the tip of the pocket, another absolute miss. In my opinion this is the hardest and unforgiving pockets. Either I am making the object ball straight in or I miss no in between. Thanks for your patience in this matter.

There is no difference with pockets in CTE. In fact I don't even care where the pocket is. The system will guide you to the pocket and you will make the shot whether corner or side pocket. Keep a lookout for CTE-Step by Step coming.....

Way too much talking and not really showing what you are actually doing when you get down for the shot.

Well, its really difficult to explain to all players as some are beginners and some are A players. How do show a video that all could watch........not easy. Most of my video's are for beginners to mid level club players. If your an A+ player your technique is whatever works best for you.

If you think this guy is bad you haven't watch many other people trying to explain it. This guy is very good comparatively speaking.

CTE is how to complicate things when you want to shoot a ball with proper center to edge perception, visual sweeps, perception is objectivity, fixed cue ball, left manual pivot, half a tip left the center then turn it to center, watch out son if you're left eye dominant, determine the shot line for left manual pivot, make sure the V of your bridge is in the center line for the fixed cue ball, it's not the center to edge line you idiot, you're wrong wrong wrong...after a long deliberation, A right visual sweep.................
Okay son, that's the shot for the quarter ball hit, aka the 48.6 cut angle.
After knowing all those things, you would say with confident that CTE has definitely improved your game. and CTE is simples...see a perception then align to center...that's it...all other details will be explained in the 2 hours dvd or the upcoming book.
CTE skeptics, eat your heart out!
