Hey George, another great haul! I have to say Snap On hammers are always a good find but that wood handle one is awesome. Unless the brass was turning green I'd leave it alone. Those tongue and groove pliers are an excellent find. They are hard to find. All that for$ 25, good deal! Stay safe, keep your powder dry.
Mike,Mike, Mike! My thoughts exactly on the hammer! Those pump pliers are pretty rare to find in the wild in any brand I got a full set of Channellock. As lays Don't let the Man get ya down!
Thanks Pat, I've been searching for a brass hammer for a long time! Usually when I see them they are just too shabby for the asking price. I just got lucky with this one.
Thanks Dale. I was excited to find the hammer and big pump pliers. No way you can leave a brand new Estwing behind when it's a good price. But the best Diamond find still goes to my friend. That little set in the roll is the best!
Dude you are on a roll. #18 and going strong with these great finds. Love the Snap On hammer. I have one very similar and use it all the time. Wish mine was a Snap On
Thanks Fred! I've been looking for a brass hammer for ages and all the one's I see are toasted and still people are asking crazy money for them. The fact that it's snap on is just a bonus.
I definitely like the brass hammer, and .likewise it has a great vintage look that shouldn't be altered. Used but not abused,it's " character" really shows!
George that Wright 1/2" ratchet handle looks exactly like my Montgomery Ward Powr Kraft ratchet. I am pretty sure that Wright made some tools for Montgomery Wards. Mine is part of a set that I presented to myself for my 21'st birthday in 1965 and I still use them to this day. Built to last, just like me! 😀
Mr. Bill you are really one of a kind and I hope I'm as spry as you when I get to be your age.. I'm not sure about the history but would makes sense to me. @Donthetoolman has a vast knowledge of tool history.
Fantastic! I’m with you on leaving the brass hammer the way it is. As scout crafter calls them, I guess I’m one of those patina boys. I like the natural patina look. Nice slip joint pliers too, beefy. My brother gave me a pair 30 years ago, they sure come in handy for some things. Good finds today, thanks.
There's nothing wrong with being a patina boy. Some tools should be left as is in my humble opinion. Pump pliers are one tool I think everyone should have. I use them everyday.
Hammer makes it. You can already see in the thumbnail that it’s the star of the show, it’s perfect. Happy new year 🎉 As for the punches: at a good price, I would pick them all up, too. Never know when you might need one in _exactly_ that size, right?
Hello my friend, That hammer is just one of those once in a lifetime finds And Punches are one of those tools that you don't know you need until you do. Take care and see ya soon.
George love the pump pliers. I scored a pair of those back in October at an estate sale auction. It was a “lot” of pliers. I saw the Diamond ones and didn’t look at anything else. I paid $12 for the lot. Ended up with the pump pliers, a like new pair of Klein angled diagonal cutters, a vintage pair of Klein long nose pliers and about 8 pairs of slip joint pliers not worth anything. George always jealous of your awesome S-K screwdriver collection
I watched this video much earlier today....then I went to an estate sale......I got a flapper....actually got three. Three flappers; Oh Joy. That Snap on hammer is really looking good at this point. Well done! Have a super afternoon everyone!
That brass hammer is great! I have been in the market for an old one like that myself. Of course being brass, a lot of times they have been mashed to a pulp by the time anyone is ready to give it up.
I can't even tell you how surprised I was to find that hammer. I've been looking for one for a very long time. You are right usually they are just too far gone by the time anyone lets them go but they still ask crazy money for them.
Great finds! I have a giant channel lock pliers as well. If I remember, they are Proto and they have come to my rescue several times! The snap-on hammer is nice just the way it is. You know there isn't any rust under the patina! 🤔😁👍
Thank You! I have been looking for one of these brass hammers for a very long time and this is first one I've seen that wasn't just beat to crap. Just a case of right place right time.
Horse shoes are not a thing down under, but the giant pliers and the brass hammer had me by the short and curlies. Great video mate. Good to see you back. Hope everything is well mate.
Hey Brother! No horse shoes? What do you guys play down there? Ya those giant pump pliers got me a little giddy too. A few big tool jokes were made.😁.Things here are same as it ever was. Hope you are doing well.
It used to be John fix annoying me with diamond chalk tools I couldn't get ... . Now it appears to be you , first the tiny ones now the giant pliers FFS !!!! 😢😢😢😢😢😢
Maybe it is an editing trick done to just make them look huge, him lucky,...and you left out in the winter cold with some off the shelf Husky slip joints. .....Or maybe Uwannawatch has sinister plans to break your spirit?....Naaaa....It's a camera trick.
Thank you for the shout-out!!! ❤
Thanks for helping me out and putting up with our shenanigans.
Awesome scores today!! 😃👍
Thanks John.
Hi George great stuff and the best buy must be the green Handel's hahaha Thanks for sharing your time 🍺🍺👍👍👕
Thanks Brian! You're the best! 🍺🍺🍻
Killer brass hammer! Glad you are leaving it original... Sometimes it's good to enjoy the tool as is and add your own history to it...
Thanks Brian. Your right about leaving some tools in their found condition...Not everything needs to be shiny.
Nice set of horse shoes and love the brass hammer
I'm pretty excited to get those shoes cleaned up and throwing some when the weather warms up. That brass hammer for sure one of my best ever finds.
I agree the hammer and the pliers are awesome
Thanks Mike.

Thanks Pat, I've been searching for a brass hammer for a long time! Usually when I see them they are just too shabby for the asking price. I just got lucky with this one.
My favorite, the Snap on Hammer and the Diamond C, pliers. The other stuff was a bonus, The Estwing was cool too, Nice haul.
Thanks Dale. I was excited to find the hammer and big pump pliers. No way you can leave a brand new Estwing behind when it's a good price. But the best Diamond find still goes to my friend. That little set in the roll is the best!
I loved the punches, like clamps, you can never have too many. They will go well with the brass hammer.
Thanks Tony. After I looked at my punch inventory I realized I need more so I was happy to find some at the market.
The brass hammer for sure.
Gotta agree it's my favorite.
Hi George, All fantastic buys, so glad you're keeping the hammer the way it is, loved the punches 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇬🇧✌️
Thanks Phil! I can't see any reason to change the hammer and I was happy to find more punches to add to my toolbox.
Nice video. I like the rock hammer.
Thanks Brother!
I love the brass Hammer
Thank you I still can't believe I finally found one.
Yes George, that brass Snap-On hammer was a GREAT find!

I'm in the midst of restoring an old wooden handle Estwing bricklayer hammer. Giving it to a friend in the trade. Thanks again, nice finds.
OH...That sounds like it's gonna be nice.
Good vall on the brass hammer. Leave it as is.
Thanks Yadda.
That snap on brass hammer is the bomb! Very nice!
Big Brother I was floored to find it. Been looking forever for one of those.
Those are some great finds Super George! I think the brass hammer and pump pliers were the best scores of the day.
Captain Ivan, I was so surprised to find that hammer and the pump pliers were a bonus. Glad to see you posted over on Facebook. You do amazing work.
Thank you Super George. I appreciate that.
The Snap-on hammer for sure.
Thank You!
I definitely like the brass hammer, and .likewise it has a great vintage look that shouldn't be altered. Used but not abused,it's " character" really shows!
Thank you, some tools just speak for themselves and don't need anything else.. honestly I use it quite often. I still haven't altered it.
