Thanks for this almond flour recipe. P.S. I made your Italian dressing and it is amazing. It is about to knock your poppyseed dressing from the top of my list. Thanks for the great recipes and being so precise and thorough in the videos and in the written format.
Hi Nicole, I made your gluten free bun recipe today. They came out perfect, they looked like exactly as yours and they also tasted very good. Thank you!
Yay! Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I'm so glad you enjoyed them! Can I ask a small favor? Could you leave this review on this recipe on my website? Surprisingly tasty and down-right delicious! I am going to be making these again and again. I love everything about them. By the way, I used full fat, Fage Greek Yogurt; worked very well. Also looking forward to all those other recipes you are sharing with us. Thank you so much!

That is an excellent question :) I haven't tried making a loaf of almond flour bread with this recipe. I think it will need some modifications. I plan on developing a loaf recipe soon :)
Hi Valerie, I haven't tried tiger nut flour before. It appears to be similar to almond flour so I believe it would work. You could make a half batch to test it. You can adjust the amount slightly to match the consistency of the dough in my video :) Let me know how it turns out.
Well, this didn't go as per her step by step instructions.....I had to add another, maybe 1/2 cup more of Almond flour and more arrow root ( instead of tapioca flour). And they were so thin when I cute them in half. I can't afford to have these recipes go wrong. It is soooooo expensive to eat healthy.
@@geoffreygreitzer9716 I haven't tried coconut yogurt. This recipe relies on the thickness of greek yogurt because it has less moisture than regular yogurt.
Love this !! Quick too !!!
Making the hamburger buns
But also making them in sausage buns too. !!!!
Thank you, Karrie! Yes, they are easy and quick :)
I need to try these tomorrow. I love the shorter baking time and the high protein content!
Awesome! Please let me know how they turn out :)

You're so welcome! And I'm so glad you love the dressings! Warning...once you taste homemade, it's hard to go back to store-bought! :)
@@gentletummy Don't I know it LOL.
Love a quick option that is higher in protein!

Can this be used to make the almond bread or is there a separate recipe that uses can give thanks

Would arrowroot work in place of tapioca?
Yes. You could also use a gluten-free flour blend in place of the tapioca. Just add enough so the dough consistency is the same as in the video :)
Do you know how these freeze?
I haven't frozen them yet because they get eaten too quick :) But, yes, you can freeze them in an airtight container.
Will Tiger Nut Flour work in this recipe? We have almond flour and cassava flour allergies and my son doesn't like the texture of oat flour.

Can I skip the honey or replace with something less sugary ?
Yes, you can skip the honey! :)
Have you tried both coconut and almond flour together?
I haven't tried those together yet in this recipe :) But I know those two flours are often used together with great results.
What about using sugar-free honey
Hi David, I haven't tried that before, but I'm sure it would work :)
@@gentletummy I will give it a try

I'm sorry to hear that! I would like to help you troubleshoot. Exactly what type and brand of greek yogurt did you use?
Can u use coconut yogurt instead of Greek?
