For god sake. OK you need to spray a cleaner In then spray wd40 in. Then put the nut back on and use an impact driver with a 'hex to drive' bit to fit the socket or a proper impact wrench. I use my snap on air rattle gun 800ft lbs. You need to then tighten the nut with the impactor and untighten it a few times. It will fall off after a few taps after you do that. If you watch the shaft when you are using the impactor on it you can see when it's ready to come off as it will start spitting small bubbles with the wd40 on the splines.. thats when you can then remove it by just hitting it off.

That's not a very good solution if you need to reuse the prop!
