Sad thing, theyre actually removing this feature in june, because of small percentage of usage, (only like 0.2% ytbrs used it in the last year) so yeah, fuck youtube. I know a youtuber that used them on every video since they came out and he made a video about it, he was really sad, it was like a part of making videos. Seriously, youtube is destroying itself with the comments, polls, and praising snowflakes
I use both the phantom and vandal. I like to use vandal when I am either holding heaven or a long-range choke area on certain maps. Although I use phantom more when I am holding a corner or walkway hoping to catch the enemy off guard. The phantom has a higher rate of fire so it is easy to spray ASAP close range.
If I could make a suggestion, when you're discussing effects and whatnot if you could show an example that'd be great. Like in the beginning when you were discussing Omen's Paranoia ability there was the part where you described the warning it gave players on their screen that one was coming. But you just kept showing Omen throw his ability instead of showing what that warning looks like.
Another thing about omens smokes is gravity affects them. A strat I like to use as an omen main, I’ll throw a smoke really high in the air, and the second it hits the ground I’ll tp into it. Or if I’m taking high ground, I’ll put the smoke in the air in front of me and once I’m secured in high ground the smoke will fall down letting you peak and surprise enemies. I also use it to confuse enemies when I’m solo in a round, by putting smokes on the opposite side you’re approaching, it can throw enemies off your position. Or when you’re pushing into a site and you want to set up for your team, sometimes when you throw smokes too soon, before your team is even on the site the enemies have all rotated because of your smokes. A way to get past this is to throw your smokes higher and position then where you want using the arrows, and after the first few seconds they’ll fall into place, this will help keep it a little less predictable instead of absurdly throwing both your smokes on the site. Also on defense, putting a smoke directly where the enemies have to run out is a great way of wasting enemy abilities and time. It can force them to either rotate, wait longer, or force them to use abilities to push thru anyways. And the best part about that is you can be no where near the smoke and still have it be meaningful to your team. So you can smoke one area, and then be across the map applying pressure elsewhere, and most enemies think that omen is camping his smokes so this is a good way to throw people off guard. Another cool trick, is to blind and then tp. A lot like the yoru strat, Most enemies expect you to shoot or run away when you blind, but if you’re close enough you can blind and tp behind them, breaking their ankles or simply tp to a fresh angle that will catch them off guard. Sometimes this can be a waste but others it can be such a groundbreaking tool, the double tp, When pushing a site, when you know enemies aren’t camping the front grounds and are deep in a site, tping more than once using cover can help you get deep into the site undetected or at least without getting shot in the face (use smokes to block off any open angles) Also when using your shrouded step, it’s good to jump/bunny hop and turn the opposite direction that you teleported. A lot of the time omens will get shot before they even complete their tp, this will make you hard to shoot and it’ll make it harder to tell where you tp. It can also fake out some enemies because when they see you jumping they don’t always realize that you’re using tp. This trick can also be used for a good fakeout on bind. If you jump into the teleporter but use your shrouded step before you go in, you can make enemies think you’re inside the teleporter when you’re not. This is perfect on defense for when enemies are pushing the opposite site and you want to apply pressure without any risk to yourself, this can stall enemies and waste their abilities when they try to camp and kill you outside the tp, while you sneak up behind or go meet up with your team to make a better defensive plan. Or if you’re solo on offense and need to clutch, this can throw the enemies off a lot to get you an open site for a plant. Another way I like to use omens tp, is I’ll make a huge setup beforehand, when you know for a fact where an enemy is, a great way to break their mind, is throw a smoke between you and them. Approach them directly and then blind them. And tp close to them, try behind them or to their side. Or if you throw both your smokes you can tp into the second smoke, and have the enemy wonder which one you’re in. Omens abilities work wonders when you pair them all together, I think that’s the beauty of omen, when played right/to his full potential, you can really throw enemies off, he’s a perfect character to get aces/clutches. Lastly a huge clutch strat when you have your ult and you’re alone and you need to clutch a round but you don’t have the spike and you know the enemy team is camping the spike, run to the opposite site without the spike, throw a smoke over the spike if you can and ult directly above spike, wait until the last second to cancel and when you do you’ll bring the spike over with you. It’s saved me so many times when I need to plant to save time but couldn’t afford to push the spike. However it only works if you stay in your ult til the last second, so if an enemy shoots your shadow he can cancel this strat which is why smokes are important.
I was last man as omen against 2 on a B side with low health. I grabbed the dropped spike and teleported to A side and planted. Worked really well lol, as they sidnt have the time to defuse.
Hey! I am an Omen main too. I watched your entire video and won't lie, its absolutely informative for people who wish to master Omen! However, I noticed you missed one tiny detail in the map of Haven. If you wish to ult in the Hell of A in Haven, the map has a box just above where the Heaven is marked in Omen's personal ult map. If you ult by clicking in that box, you will end up in the Hell and maybe even grab some kills ;)
@@typical8915 Yeah. When I play phoenix I use phantom because I usually take fights first and most likely close angles, especially on attack. When I play cypher or omen or brimstone, I usually play more passive with the vandal, and look for them huan taps

every time when i use the omen ult i always just meet eye to eye with an enemy, so i'm just standing there looking at my enemy and waiting to die. I haven't properly used it once.
You don’t have to teleport super close to the enemy either. Just as long as it’s on the other side of the map, it’ll be worth it so that you don’t instantly die to them
Gotta say from the shadows saved a win for me. after my team was dead at site b, i grabbed the spike and ran like crazy, teleported to site a, and planted spike. got a win really easily and quickly
Omen is kind of a counter of Cypher. When you approach slowly, you can see the trapwire. You can just teleport at the other side of the trapwire and Cypher wont know you're there
One criminally underused tech on omen that I've never seen anyone besides myself use is abusing the drop of the smoke as a temporary one way smoke: wheb you intend to hold a long angle (heaven C long on defence for example), throw a smoke so that it blocks the whole corridor and lands at the enemy entry point of daid corridor, but aim it 3 meters (10ft) above ground. Now when the smoke appears, peek out as it starts fallibg to the ground. Assuming you did it properly, if there are any enemies on the other side of the smoke, thanks to how perspectives work in gale and real life, you will see the feet of every enemy on the other side of the smoke while they are completely unable to see you, as the smoke is much closer to them. Usually you at least heavily wound an enemy that you saw, but once you get better it's almost always a free kill if there is an enemy.
When I was attacking I just used the shadow bubbles to some place where enemies probably are looking around a corner and then I would do the tp to get behind em when they don’t see new because I used the smoke and then I would kill them, plant spike and to to some soot where is easy to protect the spike In defend I teleported to a good spot where I waited for some1 to spike so I could kill them or I would just shadow ball, tp to back like and bada-pow mass destruction they are dead ( also In attack I sued ult to get to the spikable areas, spike and see and in defence I would use it to top to back line safely ) that how I won really many games in a row also kinda every weapon worked, I used normally the long weapon that replaces the pistol and shotgun or something else
i loooove in the shadows bc i once helped win a game by teleporting to enemy spawn and killing all of them by surprise, similar to 5:48- except i killed 3 :). shrouded step too, helped me get a lot of kills by surprising them.
Vandal, but if you use Brimstone then I'd recommend his Rapid Fire ability (placed on a peeking corner) and the Phantom because the recoil makes you hit a headshot after a few shots (missed or not).
Omen in official Valorant is better than the closed beta. Since he can either go shadow mode or off-shadow mode when using dark over. Flexinja Inspired me to Main Omen, now did I think of it, Omen was meant for me!

Phantom:Have a good aim even it's to far but a normal damage
Vandal:It's like Ak47 in CS go that auto head and heavy damage
But I prepare botg
From the shadow is basically Phoenix ult but u can teleport
This is like old old Valorant. Cool
i preffer phantom more for long range but when rushing i use vandal
I personally use any shotty from the shadows and smokes
thanks for the guide
The Phantom is better for spray vandal is better for long-range headshots
i used your tips and in my first game as a omen i killed 30 people thanks bro
Needed this
When I started watching this I got that funny stick figure commercial from league of legends.
Phantom anyday. Thanks Dan
I main Omen now just because I bought the Reaver Knife.
What’s his passive?
Phantom usually but I've been messing around with the vandal currently
wait what? u use ur space bind to replace the x ?
I can't choose one tbh both of them are really good
Can you make an updated pne
I like a miz of both but mostly vandal
Vandal is my personal favorite
I am so proud of myself for finding out like the 70% of this by myself😂
Thanks!
On my opinion i thinks its better only on BIND , go with shotgun
I just use the stinger....
Its cheap and i like its burst aim mode lol
valorant should get character skins too... like red omen would look phenomenal
Ezreal I finally found you how have you been
Why th u have ur crosshair at the floor not head level
ikr, the crosshair placement on this video is way too off lol
AJ Javelosa he’s aiming for their legs so they cant run and then he finishes them off. Thats strategy i believe haha
Omen is good but slow for most abilities. The only good abilities are his smoke and flash (paranoia)
Why I get a purple map when using the smoke....
Whats the background song
in 2022 this looks so diffrent then
