It seems like they are using dslreports service. You should go to there website and do the test, even get an account there and configure the test in depth. And you should have a second computer that do the load on the network and do downloads during the download test and upload during the upload test. A Tip, You can press the icons on the bufferbloat results to see that in detail. You should do a new test on the first router and set a correct QoS limit for down/upload. It all also depends on how your ISP has solved the way to limit the speed to your paid speed.
Thanks for the review! My ISP has bufferbloat and I tried switching modems, but that didn't do anything. Will be trying the IQ in a few days. It looks promising. I can't help but wonder how many people are getting crappy internet speeds and don't even know it, or how to fix. Probably about 95% I'd imagine.
Looks like a rebranded TP-Link ARCHER-C5! which i have and with DDWRT runs with QOS FQCODEL and i get the same results in bufferbloat but for my home network only, when my ISP gets shitty at peak hours: 8PM the router can't fix it.
Is this router compatible with 4G LTE USB modems? I am using a TP-Link Archer C9 1900 flashed with DD-WRT and have configured QoS to the same effect, but this is great for those who do not have a ton of technical expertise.

@@reviewsandrandom1806 cool
@@reviewsandrandom1806 I got the new one (IQRV3) few months ago... It improved my network substantially, went from about 150ms to 30ms consistently!
