Even I got the exact same and I must say in last few days it wasn't that drastic change to shift from windows to Mac...
I was able to get an open box return of this exact model and it's absolutely magnificent for what I need in a laptop.
Returned my base model modified with 16GB of RAM w/1TB HD for the space black 1TB HD with the Pro chip and could not be happier on that decision.
I have seen many videos of this macbook, i would say you have done a tremendous job in showcasing it aesthetically.

Very nice video! Currently using my i5 macbook pro 2016, and concidering upgrading. Is the base m3 with 8gb enough, or should i go for m3 pro 16gb? Programming will be the main tasks
Thank you! If you’re okay paying a little more I would go for the M3 Pro just to future proof the machine especially if you’re planing on keeping it a while. Also gives you the option to go with Space Black if you’re into the colour!

From your experience, would you get a M2 24GB RAM or a M3 Pro 18GB RAM?
For what I do, the M3 Pro with 18GB of RAM has been good enough so I personally would rather have the latest chip as opposed to more RAM which I don’t need. Depends what you’re using your machine for though. Thanks for dropping a comment👊
@@NicoSDemitri after a few weeks of using the 13” MBP M2, I think I might return it for the 15” M3 Air. I only use it for learning mobile development so having the M2 24GB with a fan may be ideal. But the 13” screen feels to crunched up with trying to watch a video and practice on Xcode/visual studio at the same time.
I just hope I am right about sacrificing a fan for a bigger screen is the right move long term.
I had asked you about the 14” M3 Pro because I was thinking of going that route but testing my friends 15” Air seems way more comfortable to work with.
Do fingerprints come and will it remain valid for a long time?
I don’t feel like fingerprints are worse on this Mac because of it being space black. It’s like every other Mac… if your hands are clean when using it, fingerprints aren’t really an issue👍
Do you prefer the space black or silver color and why?
Would have to go space black. I’ve had silver for years so it’s nice to switch things up and it does look really cool in person!

The short answer is no. If you do not care about or need performance just buy a base M1 Air with 8GB Ram.

Well you will need to increase the HD to at least 512 at a minimum.
i just bought the base model m3 pro macbook pro and after a couple hours of web browsing it started to feel kind of warm to the touch so i downloaded TG pro and i noticed that im getting 49C - 52C in thermals stats just when using 1 tab of google chrome, and when iddle its always around 40C - 42C. My ambient temperature is 21C. Are those temperatures normal? should i ask for a refund? its my first macbook
You've got to take it to the store and get that checked mate hhaha those temperatures should be achieved when using VERY intensive applications not a single chrome tab... :(
