"Custom dark" sounds more like " custom clear edge"; the best sound of all these mpc's on the video

Jody Jazz Jet 7 has now become my main piece. It’s very flexible, although bright, the lower end is very fat. It is also very responsive. It produces a nice focused sound which is consistent (not too thin at the top). I use it with La Voz Medium or Vandoren Java 3.

The Jet sounds amazing. I wish I could play mines with out squeaking. The one I got came with thin rails I don’t know if that might have something to do with it or maybe I should of gone with a 6 instead of a 7 I played it for a few weeks and finally gave up on it and went back to my Jody Jazz Norteño 6

The "fattest" sounds are the Jet and Custom Dark. I can see why people like the Custom Dark, it has that big sounding low register that the regular HR* doesn't quite have.

I like the custom dark. On alto I own the DV, Jet, and the HR. I "need" the Custom Dark. Lol

Hey please let us know your impressions with the custom dark. I was looking for the HR due to price gap between the custom dark. I have this one on tenor and i love it.
