Interesting to hear about your preferred harvesting technique. It does seem much better for so many reasons, but I could see where you would want to harvest the whole thing at once like you said if there was a swarm of mosquitoes out. Haha yeah, when the mosquitoes are thick it is a brutal race! When I gave my friend some mushrooms I picked up the little shiitake and said "pick me, pick me!"
