Well the jets did a lot of play action, man in motion, rolling out of the pocket, trick plays ie putting Gipson in there, the flea flicker…to really confuse the defense and bc of that they were able to buy a lot more time in the pocket for Wilson. Then when he starts throwing bombs to Lazard and Ruckert it opens up the field, then kc can’t stack the box with 9 guys and it just leads to more time in the pocket. It’s all the little things, It’s like a completely different offense compared to the first three games. Hope they continue being creative and this will really help Zach out giving him some time so he can use that arm (which is a weapon)and hopefully this translates into winning more games.
The media doesn’t know what their talking about. Maybe they should talk about replacing each other for constantly tearing a young player down and changing their opinions every week.

Agreed Rob. Other QBs didn't get half of the shellacking that Zach got. Zach showed that he can play tough against possibly the best team in the league.
It’s not an unpopular opinion. Certain teams, like the Jets, the Colts, and the Broncos, have a reputation for not developing QBs as rookies. Sam Darnold never really had a chance, and people saw it; they know the Jets can’t afford to make that sort of mistake with Zach.

Jets finally had some good playcalling Zach is very mobile and has a top 5 arm. U HAVE to let him push the ball down the field more If the jets play like they did Last night for the reason of the season they are in great shape
It's a career game by Zach but he'll need to keep this up the whole season to change the narrative in any significant way. Refs 100% screwed us though. Jets Therapy on Wednesday ✈️
Rex Ryan understands how bad coaching, a bad O-Line and losing games can make people doubt a QB's talent. He called it with Daniel Jones and he is doing the same with Zach Wilson.
Keep this same energy for Justin Fields. His coaches let him down every week and he takes the blame for that trash organization. Imagine what the Jers would be if they had J Fields.
When Zach came out of college and made that play on BYU proday, everyone was comparing him to Mahomes. He plays against Mahomes, Saleh came with a plan to limit his ability with the spy and different pass rushes to confuse mahomes. While the offensive coordinator came up with a plan to utilize Zachs strengths. More play action, have Zach on the move, make it his game, trust in your QB. Now teams will watch this tape and adjust against Zach just how the jets adjusted and managed to contain Mahomes to an extent. Hackett needs to continously adapt and adjust based on the quarterbacks strength and weaknesses. With time, Zach will be better at going through reads. On that fumble, its almost like he was too antsy or excited to get the ball and make the play. He does want to go through his reads more efficiently. In Zach we trust. We can't forget he's young, and we can improve his weaknesses over time. Play to his strengths while helping him improve on his weaknesses. Teams will adjust to how Zach played this week, and Hackett must be aware of that.
I have honestly always thought that Zach Wilson has great arm talent. I saw it at BYU, and even a little in his first season. They have to be patient with him.
This is why sitting behind Rodgers for a year or 2 and watching him work and watching his day to day could make him into a good qb. He has the talent he’s just been mentally too young.
It's funny how you're not talking how the refs helped keep the Jets in the game. Kelce was being thrown to the ground, WR's were held all game long. Yes the refs sucked but they helped the Jets more.
Zach had the best game of his career. However, no one is wrong doubting if he can do this every week. This was only his second game with 100+ passer rating in 3 years. Hopefully, the good version of Zach can stick around for next week in a must win against the Broncos.
No, Zach Wilson won that game for the chiefs. Chiefs tried to give them the win, and he refused to capitalize. Played great, but doesn’t matter when you fumble for the last possession. 🤫
If Zach can keep this up and build actual chemistry with his receivers we might get something started. It started to look like 2009 Sanchez out there with the play action roll outs. Best chance to get the run going. If we have hall busting out 20 yard runs and Zach throwing well we have a shot
