Hajmola is awesome! So tangy ("chatpata" in Hindi)..there's nothing like it..and it's the perfect digestive after a heavy meal. Imli (tamarind) and anardana (pomegranate) are my faves..the original is too salty for my taste

I grew up in Bradford and had a lot of Indian food (and pakistani food too) growing up. Probably why I love spicy food so much and definitely why the majority of food I make myself is curry. I'm a vegetarian too so Indian food has always had many options for me.
Gulab jamun is the business. I come from Yorkshire where you can find some of the best Indian food in the UK so I have grown up with it and that dessert always slaps.
