I'd love to see a Christmas/holiday home but in summertime? Because that's the season we'll be in over in the south hemisphere, so it would be cool to see something like this on the channel again! Lovely build as usual ❤
What about a gingerbread cottage? It would be cool to see how you get creative to make it look like it's made out of sweets when we don't have many "obvious" objects like that in the game!

i don't know how exactly you could do this but i think 3 apartments based on "A Christmas Carol" would be cool. You could do one for Christmas past, present and future. Or even builds based on Christmas songs would be interesting.

For holiday builds, would love to see a Santa's Elf's living quarters. Maybe like a little apartment complex for them?
When the new expansion pack comes out you should do an apartment building representing the different winter holidays, like a Christmas apartment, one for sims who celebrate Hanukkah, etc

I’m definitely on board the “dark Yule/dark Christmas” train! I think that would be so cool! Also, once For Rent comes out, I think it would be so cool to leverage the shared spaces to make apartments for types of skills/hobbies you wouldn’t necessarily have in your personal house. This could be as simple as a fully gym and pool, but also maybe it’s “employee housing” for scientists and there’s a microscope in the common area. Something like that!
The house from A Christmas Story would be so much fun to see🎄 Or maybe a North Pole tiny house build for Father Winter ❄️
