Hey Dennis! I just got to say ya got Diana slapped again! (Yep, so did I😄) She is so compelling and draws you in to the emotion of the song! You're right, she is so theatrical and you can see it in her eyes. It's phenomenal the way Diana can touch the soul with her vocals; In addition to that, whoever sets up the stage with the lighting, programming, and musical arrangement are superb at creating the perfect ambiance for her brilliance. She's glorious!! Total command of the vocals when going into her deep and heavy Alto range (mind blowing larynx control) and then right into Soprano while maintaining the same weight and power. You can also hear that switching between ranges which creates a polyphonic sound that seems like 2 people singing at the same time. So cool!! And, by the way; Great reaction!!!
Sorry to disagree, but I believe she is a polyphonic contralto, who is still very young and may transition into a full dramatic contralto.
Desperation and true love suffering it's what i feel when diana perform this...

Я был на этом выступлении , и не знаю почему я прослезился Михаил 34 года. Я увидел чудо в голосе , это просто космос . Я не когда не ощущал такой эмоции. У неё шикарный голос просто до мурашек заглядывает в душу прямиком . Я горд что это звезда нашей страны России . И даже не России если , у неё космический голос пробирает до мурашек. Great reaction. The show is called "ShowMaskGoOn" - this was the first episode of 9. Over the course of the 9 weeks, the competitors will have to sing 9 songs from different genres - pop, rock, Grammy winners etc. The judges you saw are also the competitors - they have to judge and mark each others performances from 9 points down to 2 points (obviously, you can't mark yourself). There is also a different guest judge each week who is given 9 points to distribute as they see fit. After the first episode, Diana led the field handsomely.
The gentleman who stood up during the performance was the guest, a famous opera singer called Yusif Eyvazov, who was suitably impressed! The second episode aired last Saturday 2nd October - Diana performed in a totally different style "Mama I'm Dancing" - ua-cam.com/video/MnuVYUbfiwI/v-deo.html - in the third episode this coming Saturday, she will perform a Russian folk song.
I was really hoping she would sing Under the Green Willow. I'm a big fan of Pelageya, too. The one she will be performing will really test her head voice, and I think that's the point.

First episode of I believe 9 episodes Diana was the last singer to perform .. The judges are other singers who are competing against Diana and each other .. and their reaction then is from her peers. They guy with the beard who stood first is a one time guest - he is a famous Opera Tenor in Russia. (the nine singers are the same through all 9 shows with a different guest singer each time). Yaaay Diana Ankudinova (now 18) finally got a new chance to shine in professional environment after 3 years.
The ShowMaskGoon is a new TV show on Russian NTV channel, every saturday (7 episodes left, 2nd already aired), where best/winners of 3 music shows (The Mask, You are Super, Superstar) perform,
and vote giving 2 to 9 points to each other at every episode's end. So those sitting up there are the other singers, Diana sits with them when others perform.
They got only one 9 point, one 8 point, etc.
So they are forced to give 2 points to someone, and they wont vote for themselves.
(She got 7x 9 points, 1x 8 points this round. The guest star of this episode gave 1 point to everyone equally)(72 total)
In each round, the participants will be offered nine topics: for example, one will perform a folk song, the second - a song by a Grammy award winner, the third - a rock hit , etc. "
The nine categories are: "People's Hit", "Song of the End of the 20th Century", "Soviet Song", "Hit from Every Iron", "Song of Your Choice", "New Music", "Song from a Movie or Cartoon",
"Rock Hit" and "Songs of the Grammy Award Winners and Laureates".

Diana sang this Elvis Presley song in the first episode of the 'Шоумаскгоон' (ShowMASKgoon) competition. Diana is the youngest participant and with her first song she tore the participants and viewers from their seats.
9 winners of the previous shows 'The Mask', 'Superstar' and 'Du bist Super' take part in this new format and they have to sing in 9 categorys: Folk-Hit, Song at the End of the 20th Century, Soviet Song, Pop-Hit, Song of your Choice, New Music, Song from Cartoon or Film, Rock-Hit, Grammy
The man who jumps up is the famous opera singer Yusif Eyvazov and husband of the world-well known opera singer Anna Netrebko. He is a guest of honor and representative of the operatic genre in this first episode of the competition.
Those competitors have to evaluate each other and they have praised Diana in the highest tones: “Diana has no competition on the show, she amazes with her talent, it is impossible to tear yourself away from her, you want to listen endlessly, they have tears in their eyes and are even afraid to blink”.
8 out of 9 participants (Diana cannot give herself any points) gave Diana the highest number of points (9). She received a total of 72 points and is w ell ahead of second place (55 points). 24 hours after the show Diana had already reached over 300,000 viewers on UA-cam, the second participant 71,000, the other 11,000-24,000 views ...
