In 2021 he returned (nicknamed 'the rookie' by the new F1 fan generation for being great like Hamilton was in his first season) and is still in the sport. I’m 42 and been doing construction all my adult life. As soon as you get on the wrong side of 40 it starts getting more difficult. Your energy levels drop. You start realising you have to eat more healthy. His fitness is next level but even so you start getting aches and pains when you get older that you didn’t have when you were younger. It doesn’t matter how fit you are almost everyone suffers from this.
