솔직히 한국 가요사에 있어 손꼽을 수 있는 명곡 중 하나란 생각.
전주 첫 파트만으로 소름이 쫘악....그 충격과 여운, 감동이 곡을 듣는 내내 유지되더라. 처음 들었을 때의 그 충격을 아직도 잊지 못한다.

혹시 이 노래를 들을 당시 10대나 20대 초반이시지 않으셨나요. 그런 감정이 드는 이유는 아마도 20대의 젊은 날이 가장 흥미 있고 열정 있으며 감성에 젖은 시기라 그와 맞물려 나온 이 노래가 머릿속에 각인이 되어 시간이 지난 지금에도 이 노래를 들으면 그 때의 기억이 되살아나 그럼 느낌이 나는 것이라 생각합니다.

BIGBANG have ALWAYS been one of - if not THE - best Korean groups for me when it comes to literally simply LISTENING via albums/songs.
I first got into Kpop through GD's Heartbreaker MV on the sidebar after a V-Kei group mv 'YT suggestion' (Not sure how, but I am still very glad).
Their earlier music vids were so different from the SM/JYP group vids, and their songs have grown with their initial fandom before I joined - they got me into KHipHop, then underground K-Rap, and while I still think YG as an owner is a creep, he really did give us brilliant entertainment with his groups/'selection shows'.
Shame that there's "always one" person who brings down the rest in any situation when something good goes on for so long...
I really hope BB goes on for decades with whatever media they choose to pursue: making music as producers/lyricists, choreography, acting, etc.
I gave up on kpop a couple of years ago due to the toxic fandoms after it got 'popular' overseas

@@hastobeus haven't heard of it. Because in korean news they always said it Big Bang the first idol to ever released a self composed song. H.O.T was from SM and SM had in house producers.

(Heejun also produced Outside Castle, a title track to their fifth studio album) Kangta is the first self-made idol singer-songwriter and went on to become a music producer until even now.
Hope won all the Daesang and SOTY in 1997, became a national movement theme song for IMF national crisis, and is still the SM town concert ending song. I've been a vip for 11 years, and remember how huge Gdragon and Lies was, but Hope and Kangta definitely has the title as "first" 10 years before Gdragon

I Grew up listening to Big Bang they are still the best. Legends who paved the way for kpop. I’m now 33 and still love their music. The new generation won’t understand. They were the first unique hip hop pop group breaking boundaries,where each member is so unique and writing their own music. They had their own unique sound. GD IS A GENIUS. I don’t see them as idols I see them as artists.

His been writing songs when he was a trainee under SM from 8 years old to 13 before getting scouted by YG. This was choosen by GD as a song for his solo but YG declined it and gave it to Bigbang. GD has been in the industry since he was 6.

For those who are asking if who's watching this in 2015, I do. Actually all of their songs, I listen to it everyday. Old ones, and new ones. I will never get tired of watching them and I will never gt tired of listening to their music. Like TOP said before "We want our music would continue to play even after we're gone" VIP will make that happen, we will make it possible for them because when Taeyang said they won't strive to be flashy artist without substance, but artists who'll sing from their heart, they kept their promise until now. I am so happy to be one of the VIPs who remained loyal and stayed with them despite of the hardships they've been through. I love my boys so much!
