I'd comment, but I'm biased by having done some of the card art for this and have been a fan of and collaborater with Paul's (the game designers) many projects over the years, from his comic books to his games published and unpublished.
So, yeah I am biased, but only because Paul really does tap into a shared sensibility that, as you say, is quite rare these days!
Man, people are totally sleeping on this video! I expected a lot more activity on this one. This is a quintessential Dungeon Dive game!
It’s because nobody knows where the Dwarven women are in these types of games. We’re tired of questing for gold! We want to quest for something else for a change, if ya know what I mean!
It looks great. Wayward vibes for some reason, maybe since it's a miniature company putting out an obscure game. Totoro still needs Wayward. 😂

Are there any other games like this? It reminds me of the combat and items of Escape the Dark Castle but with miniatures and tile laying. It's my dream game style.
If you're looking for games with characters moving around a map with standees / miniatures and encounters, then yes, there are tons of games like this! I cover a lot of them on the channel.

This game looks everything I like about dungeon diving. Great coverage. Would you say the needle version is enough or should I go the minis version?
I greatly prefer the meeple version. Not really a fan of minis.

Sounds about right. UA-cam does not like my videos. :). So many people say they never see my videos in their feed. It’s weird.
Anyhow, this game is awesome.
Sadly, there isn't an information card on the goblins included in the final product either.

@TheDungeonDive Midlam Miniatures did publish extra assets on boardgamegeek, including goblin info cards. Kudos to them for supporting their game.
