Fairfield has been good to me in the past and now with these boxes. I found some with OpeeChee platinum packs for $18 and yeah the bonus item is a joke though.
@@christopherworks400 I was ok with them cause I hate overpaying and not getting a hit out of it which is what upper deck does.. I've always felt that young guns were a scam.. especially since the bigger names are short printed to a few hundred..
@@DemonChildCC yeah I never was a big YG hunter but still nice to pull one. I am one of the few who is happy to pull base cards of my favorite team and players.
I've heard of them resealing packs before.. there might be videos of that around UA-cam.. for one thing is they do weigh packs so don't expect any hits (though with garbage fat packs, you can't expect hits anyways)..
@@PuckMike yeah, it's not bad considering it's a little over 2 bucks a pack, especially since a pack of upper deck is almost 4 bucks in retail now.. you'd think upper deck would at least have the decency to throw in a few inserts in a fat pack but no, they claim their retail products are "set fillers" so they're not inclined to add 7-10 inserts like Topps does ..
Depending on how much you paid for those, depends on how you did. I haven't been able to find any of the Mystery Tins. Ever. I've tried Walmarts from Nashville to Chicago to Detroit. Not one.
Yeah they seem hard to come by. Those ones that advertise the 15-16 packs I've had to buy on eBay and they are WAY overpriced compared to the original store sticker.
@@PuckMike Ya took me a while to find them here in my local Canadian Walmarts. I refused to pay the ebay scalper prices for these. Neway picked up 5 mystery tins but didn't really pull anything crazy but I figured the tins themselves are nice to store cards in as well cuz I'm running out of spots to put them. Time to cut back buying for a while til' I clear some room.
I hear that. Always good to have those tins for storage. I have a few myself. I take a lot of base cards to goodwill and give to some friends with kids. Helps clear the room and hopefully grow the sport/hobby.
I bought 2 boxes today and pulled a 75 dollar uv canvas
Nice!
Base, base, McDavid:), base.. lol I have pulled a Kirill Kaprizov YG in one of these boxes.
Nice! They're a fun rip for sure.
I saw these in my local Target and picked it up cause why not, and I have to say, Im surprised at how decent they were.
Nice. Same. Especially for such a cheap price.
I opened one of these and enjoyed it far more than an Upper Deck blaster
Nice. Yeah they were a lot of fun and decent for the price.
I just got one of these from my local Target and pulled a Giannis RC
Nice. I thought about buying a few more but I don’t always have the best luck when I do that ha. Thanks for watching!

Nice! Agree with the "bonus" card. Those star rookie boxes are cheap so not the best bonus card. Thanks for watching..
Fairfield should just go back to those 3 packs plus jersey or 4 packs plus auto boxes.. those were nice..
@@DemonChildCC those were ok. Most were rookies that never made it the NHL.

Looks liii look e decent value for random retail packs. If they had them in Canada I’d buy them. Thanks for the video
Yeah was presently surprised. Thanks for watching..
Bought one of these and was able to pull a caufield Yg and seider rookie threads so I think they’re alright🤷♂️
Dang that’s some good luck! Thanks for watching.
I've seen them and wondered what was in them.... Nice Dazzlers, though!!!
Thanks. Thought about buying some more but will refrain for now:)

Yeah figured that might be the case. They were cheap enough so figured why not..thanks for watching..

@@PuckMike that's pretty much the only reason I want to find a shelf full of them. I just want to flip them. 🤣
Haha can’t blame you. They seem to be hard to come by in the states and more available in Canada since hockey is more popular there.

Not a fan of the mvp cards at all. They always look so nausia inducing
haha yeah you either like em or don't sometimes. At least their more affordable than others in the market.
