If you go to bed early you will remember more of the stuff you have learned the day before! You might get to 'learn' more if you stay up late, but you'll forget a lot of it due to lack of sleep. Please go to bed early and rest, so that you're healthy and well for your exams. And if you're really that stressed you can always get help! I don't know how it is at your school, but at my school they offer coaches for the people dealing with anxiety and stress for their exams. I love you my bby and want you to be healthy!
