- In my quest to curtail my handbag collecting and pivot to buying luxury pieces I can realistically use on an every day basis / to drive down my cost per use, I (think) I made some very reasonable purchases at Louis Vuitton yesterday.

yes! exactly! my husband doesn’t say much anymore (probably can’t keep track of what’s coming and going 😅) but the LV boutique packaged those two items up in such gigantic bags and boxes, so I felt extra ridiculous hauling them into the house for some reason. 😂

I have the the 3 older pouches but considering selling those for these beautiful colors 🤔… and totally get the hiding from hubby. I’ve done the same sometimes..I make my own $ too and are financially fine. However just don’t want to hear the whole shpeel more sh*t ? 😂 Like his garage isn’t filled with his sh*t. … 🤪

thank you! after so many potentially “not smart” purchases (like a million mini bags that can barely hold a phone), I figured it was time to pivot and try something new. 😂 I’d love to know if you get them and how they work out for you. I agree they seem to have a multitude of uses!

same here! I never owned any of the toiletry pouches previously. they seem so handy and i’m also glad I waited and got the “original”version (without the card slots and chain, etc.). 🤗
I love the trio! Ordered it too but I still love the trousse. Always wanted one please let me know if you ever think of selling one of them.
yes, the trousse is so classic and I think it can/will serve a different purpose than the trio. I actually have a few trousses besides the ones I use/showed in the video (what can I say, I went through a phase 😅) in beautiful condition. i’d be happy to connect and sell them at a great price! ❤

did you find you used your toiletry pouches as much as you’d hoped? I keep seeing videos pop up and it sounds like a lot of the OG toiletry trifecta kept them on display / didn’t utilize them very much. I saw a woman carrying the 26 at the farmers market today and she looked fabulous, so i’ll definitely be doing that!
@@DoYouLikeLuxury I actually use the 15 and 19 pretty regularly but the 26 doesn’t get as much use. I generally save that for travel. But I have heard of people not getting much use out of theirs.
I agree on the hubs part, I am not in his business either. We are both responsible adults, and respect each other. He does like when I get something that I love, and I like it when he gets something he loves ❤

I assume they’ll be part of the permanent collection for a while? i’ve found my made in france pieces to be better quality (and italy too), but I noticed a few spots on my new 26 where it looks like the glazing on the canvas might be bubbling. my SA is always quick to swap out a piece that doesn’t meet my (probably unnecessarily high) standards, but I hope that isn’t the case because I prefer not to be a pain! 😅
@@DoYouLikeLuxury oh no, bubbling? That’s scary. I’d definitely get it exchanged asap. What I do know is that people are not running to buy them, I still think they are a great price but I feel that people may still want the option to buy a single size and not all 3.
Returned mine yesterday, notice a line across the bottom of 26.
oh no. 😢 I have lines on the bottom of my 26 too… do you think that’s a defect and will cause issues down the road? I also found two very small dots on the 26 where the glazing looks like it bubbled a little. I thought maybe I was being too not picky but I hope it’s not a quality issue. 😞)
