If something in my head tells me 'you are dreaming' I'd wake the fuck up because it would be like someone was talking to me in my fucking ear canal. So unless you have neurological surgery to react to certain patterns of sound, then you are fucked.
You'd get used to it eventually, after waking up by being startled/creeped out by it a few times over a few days, your body would recognize it as not a threat anymore and you'd eventually associate it to doing something like, say raising your hands up to your ears as you'd do if you were awake to remove the earbuds, only to realize they aren't in your ears but you can hear it, and you'd become lucid, then the sound fades out from the device. I've actually had much practice in Lucid dreaming, the key I've found success in, is to keep trying, build a habit that when performed in a dream will alert you to the fact you're dreaming (Think Inception). I don't think I'd ever try this product tho haha, I have plenty of success with other methods, but the premise is sound for someone who can't find success elsewhere. However the association with the fact that if you're hearing it that means you're erect might always tinge the dreamscape you'd enter to always be sexual in nature lol, but that'd be for you to decide if that's something you want or not haha.

The idea is that it creates an automatic response where pinching yourself causes you to mentally check if you're inside a dream. And if you are, you'll just kind of know. Do it enough and it should become something you do without thinking, at which point you'll start doing it in your dreams.

You may have but it is very difficult to remember them. Even normal dreams. You normally remember them if you wake up as your dreaming or as soon as you wake up then you forgot it quickly. Only dreams i even remember slightly are ones i woke up in.
The main point of lucid dreaming isn't that you have control of your actions, it's that you're a lot more aware of what you're doing and can experience your dreams more vividly

I didn't find sleep paralysis too bad, I just quit lucid dreaming because it got boring.

A long time ago when I was like 8 or something I was dreaming of me just causally watching TV but then I needed to go pee in the dream but I held it in because it was one of my favorite shows at the time when I was 8 but I can't remember it though. So when I couldn't hold it any longer I ran to the bathroom in my dream and I started peeing. I then wake up from the dream and I realise I just pissed all over my bed. Great childhood memories.
