I have never drove in Hilly areas, but driving from past 12+ in Delhi/NCR.
Is it safe to drive on this road?
Yes its really safe. The roads till Mussoorie are broad and well maintained and petrolmpumps are there. Just make sure you follow the general rules like Stay in your lane, no Overtaking on blind turns and use horn on curves.

Aapne view point mai maggi khaya, bohat acha view point hai, bsrish ke baad to pura nazara dhula hua lagta hai. Car aapne jheel mai pipe se dhulwai jo continuous aata hai, tank msi yehi pani supply hota hai. Mall rozd mai road ke khudai chal rahi thi 2-3 mahine pehle.
Bilkul sahi kaha aapne. Aap wahin se hain kya?

Hotel Mall Palace.. tarrif was around ₹2500 and parking is available.. its exactly opposite to ropeway in mussoorie
