great vlog Julia I know where you coming from I have anxiety attacks when I have interviews and my music lessons some times I get really panicky mainly cause I don't want to make a mistake or embarrass myself it's really annoying I can't thank you enough Julia it means a lot to me keep up the good work cheers
In my case the stress was a person who was toxic and love devaluing me as a human but I just couldn't or didn't want to see it, until the day she liar to 3 different people about me and told them she wanted nothing to do with me and I let her go and started thinking it wasn't me I did nothing to her and the 3 people she told two being family members of hers have stuck by me, I don't want nothing to do with her and thank god the so called friendship is over
