He speaks Tibetan like a native Tibetan which he learnt from the local Tibetan refugees. He seems to have picked up the milieu of the monastic community. Its nothing to be surprised.....i can speak indian and nepali fluently too no big deal.......its kinda stupid being in awe because he speaks fluent Tibetan....he will benefit from that unlike us if we speak other languages fluently...you know why ...its us Tibetan because this guy who's not a Tibetan can speak so good we tend to help him by going to him for work or projects etc....

This is not a wonder ! Because tibetans speaks Hindi, Kanara, Tamil, Telgu, Malayam, Marati, Gujarati, etc. Nearly every Indian languages but no one surprise ? 😅😅😅
