Gotta say lilith, your precision with bumps after the remove of hugh tech is absurd, you never waste a bump and knows the collision on everything, clean af
This perk may be good on ranged killers, especially Trickster and Huntress as they may sometimes reload mid chase and then lose the survivors because of it
I think less so for Trickster bc he needs multiple projectiles for a health state. Unknown or Hunty would be killer damaging them from 20+ meters away.
I think the main issue with console vs PC blight is solely the advanced setting you can add on a mouse which allow micro adjustments to be easier. I feel like if they added advanced settings (dead zone, curve, acceleration, etc.), then blight would be easier to play on console. People react to different stimuli at different speeds, so adding a lot than a generic sensitivity bar is better and would help a lot of console players
I play with a dual sense edge controller that let's you alter dead zone and acceleration. I've recently picked up Blight, and between the max sensitivity in game and the Edge controller, he actually feels nice on console. I'm still a baby Blight but I've been doing some sick plays, although purely on accident right now lol
this predator perk is gonna hurt survivors a lot, specially new ones and slick ones, those who play on loosing chase fast and hiding, it also gonna hurt on gates openings too, you will see a distortion era start for sure!
Nice video ! Your level with blight is pretty crazy, I'm admiring and learning from your videos. However, I have a question: I play blight but I'm on a controller and I wanted to know if what you did with a keyboard/mouse could be done on a controller.
Absolutely! Its going to be a learning curve to be able to do all of this on controller of course, Blight is a killer that requires a tonne of practice, understanding and discipline to play well. If there’s any two things I should tell you off the bat (as these are THE most common things people mistakenly blame on controller): Make sure you are preturning and using your look angle to start a flick *before* you press the attack button. And two, slam duration is king, use this to get through doorways and position yourself in a way to have the most optimal bumping path. You’re much faster than survivors, so you can often taken your time. Good luck!
Hello Lilith ! Thank you for your detailed reply, it's very kind of you. So if I've understood correctly, I have to take my time with the rushes and move towards the survivor before pressing the attack button, right? Sorry if you've already given these tips in your other videos but I'm French and I have trouble understanding your videos although I strain my ears to try to understand everything you say 😂. Keep up the good work I'm enjoying watching your streams although I don't understand everything ♥️
@@ELS-rl8py@ELS-rl8py you might sometimes have trouble going through doorways, and narrow spaces, or if youre positioned weird somewhere it might be hard to reach a survivor. Take your time after you bump into something, because you're so fast usually you can catch up even if you take your time.
So the secret (and biggest misunderstood aspect of Blight) is something called a preturn. Killers like Billy/Oni/Chucky will commit to their power before a flick, whereas Blight is quite the opposite. As Blight you have something called the “look angle” which allows you to move your head seperately from your turn rate. Long story short, sharply turn your camera in the direction you want to flick until you reach your maximum angle, then click the swing button to follow it through.
Wait, PC is also locked at 60fps??? I'm asking cause lilith said everything you can do on PC you can do on console and I feel like some of the techs are A LOT easier when you aren't stuck at 30-60fps
The only exceptions right now are Oni/Wesker, who get an advantage through higher framerate. Blight functions the same regardless of framerate but be cautious as the lower the framefrate, the less frames you’ll have to catch the survivor during a shoulder flick.
Blight is such a fun killer to play, just being able to run fast around the map is so cool. Pair that with Machine learning and survivors wont know what hit them.
Dear Lilith Omen, how can I become a great Blight as you? Is it worth unlock him? As the Hillbilly I keep bumping into things, as the Nurse I can't predict the location,as Legion I don't have enough speed,as Dredge I will be dependent on the closet So Blight is the best option?
What Some content creators say is to "throw matches to practice". Or hop into a custom match and practice with bots and go back and forth with people and bots
Before Blight's collision was fixed, looking down reduced the angle that you could bump into objects (the working theory of the hugtech). When he looks down, it lowers his odds of bumping into the corner he's about to turn around, but I'm not sure if the collision fix removed this or not. For him, it's probably just muscle memory
I swear to god, and this is from a killer main, at this point survivors need to just be notified when their aura gets revealed and told how long its revealed for, because this is absurd.
Why? They already get told everything else like who's getting chased, who's on gens, who's opening a chest, who's healing, if a hex totem is in play, which hex totem specifically is in play. How many more crutches do they need? It's super easy to counter killers that heavily rely on aura read anyway.
@@Lbdataz1469 Yeah but that doesn't change the fact that constantly being revealed and never being able to tell if a killer is wall hacking or just making good use of aura reading perks isn't a good thing. I hate the idea of giving survivors more crutches, but at this point you can reveal them constantly and it just ruins some of the fun of the game. I hate survivors who hide but I also hate the idea of survivors never being able to escape the killer because they keep being revealed and have no counter play to it because they don't even know they need to be counter playing it until after the match is over.
@@MaxEllSibSwe So back to the lack of game knowledge and playtime excuse to help survivors. That's the whole reason we're in this mess to begin with. So your solution is to add more crutch perks for survivors so we can keep going in the same circle over and over? Wow, what a big brain response. Maybe survivors need to just knuck up and realize life isn't fair and you need to get gud and adapt or get left behind.
The game already rewards survivors for making mistakes and gives them constant second chances. Killers are constantly punished heavily for even the most simple, one aura reading perk that helps killers regain their bearing on a chase isn’t gonna be the end of the world
It's more like being punished for brainlessly holding W Like with slinger for example u always lose chase after a hit using ur m2 because u hit, cooldown, then reload. While u know where they are at since they held tf outta W the chase stops
Survivors have a lot of second chance perk, including but not limited to decisive strike and dead hard. Perks that literally damn stop your friends from missing skill checks as survivors, but when the other role have second chance, suddenly its bad
So, basically there is a perk that makes sure survivors can't lose escape a killer in chase now. Which against top tier killer this was really the only option.
Every time the chase is over survivors get a notification on their phones "Blight wants to: ❕Know your location"
Blight ❕️knows your location more like.
Gotta say lilith, your precision with bumps after the remove of hugh tech is absurd, you never waste a bump and knows the collision on everything, clean af

Perfect timing Lilith! Been looking for some blight gaming

Cracked omen
pizza blight
4:06 air injection go brrrrr
These aura buffs basically make mind gaming impossible lol. But as long as killers are happy, I guess that's all that matters.
Even though I quit Blight after the assassination of Hug Tech (may it rest in peace), you're still just as fun to watch

lilith im telling you machine learning on blight is insane
I miss Hitlily when I play Brie.
once again, a banger video

all survivors must run object of obsession to deal with the OP killer perks!!

wonder if it will work with slinger, because when a survivor is geting shot the chase is ending.

Man i miss hug tech😢😢
I lov blight
Nerf twins
It only took 15 games to get this match🎉
Got it eventually though 😂
And also any tricks for how to flick on console? I’m getting better at it but it’s tough af
As I saw this live, I am just gonna refer to what I wrote in chat at 8:20 and 9:01 😎
anyone got some tips for hitting those sharp 90+ degree flicks? cant do them consistently
Pre-turn, use your look angle to turn as sharp as you can before clicking the attack button.
@@LilithOmen did some practice against bots yesterday, managed to get a few 180s with the pre turning!

not really, blight is very very hard to master, just like nurse
Blight and Nurse are equivalent in skill expression and difficulty. Pick whoever looks more fun, and commit to improvement. Practice makes perfect

noob-ish question but why does lilith look down sometimes?
