PSA: more Melatonin doesn't equal more sleep, don't double dose and consider smaller doses.
Your body doesn't make that much by itself and most gummies or pills are already dosed on the very high end of what's considered appripriate. You don't need much, only 1-5 mg. It's hard to even find anything less than 5 mg off the shelf so I hope people don't get see that, get the wrong idea, and mess up their hormone balance. I've been there and the side effects suck, don't find out the hard way.
