I only eat once a day, usually breakfast or lunch, and then not again until the next day.
It started out of necessity for planning out funds and understanding that eating after a certain period of time was just "a waste of food for tomorrow", but now I actually prefer this method of eating and operate fairly well on a day-by-day basis.
You can still feel hungry (after adjusting), but not so hungry you actively hunt for food or can't operate without it.
However it's worth noting it does become pretty difficult if you don't eat *correctly*, like not eating protein-loaded food or things with low vitamin counts, like a turkey and cheese sandwich, that won't carry me very far for very long.

Coffee is an amazing appetite suppressant. I have to force myself to eat when I drink coffee because, if I don't, I could go an entire day without food and not realize I'm hungry. You should make a video on how people with super high metabolisms can gain weight most effectively.... I'm super skinny and have resorted to trying to stuff my face as much as I can while being completely sedentary, and I've only managed to gain 10 pounds in the last year... and its all in my gut 🙄 Am I only ever gonna be able to be small and super lean? I want to fill out this body to match my big head I was, gifted... with.

you kinda need to workout tho my guy. if you’re completely sedentary, your body won’t be motivated to change in any way.
i use to be super skinny too(5’10, 120 lbs) then i decided i’m gonna put on weight but i had no appetite so i decided to workout and the difference was night and day! i remember at some point, i ate 8 whole grain bread slices with some tofu on one sitting😅 i had an APPETITE! after working out for 6 months, i put on substantial amounts of muscle and gained 40 lbs total!
so even if it feels counterintuitive(spending energy by working out when you’re tryna gain weight), it’s the answer to your appetite problem! you’re effectively telling your body there’s a reason that you’re stuffing our face and it’s cause you’re gonna need that energy later! hope this helps!

@@ltariku I know I need to work out, but I was extremely fit in high school and ate like a pig, I only got leaner and leaner but never really gained weight after puberty... I'm honestly thinking I have a malabsorption issue but I'm gonna get checked out for it eventually rather than roll with a self diagnosis 😅 I'm going to start working out again, it was kind of an experiment just to see if I would gain weight this way like most people do
