If over charged... It is advisable that one should not charge 100% mobile also.

First the battery charges, Li move from cathode to anode so how will be oxidation and reduction pattern
It is explained in video. There are two types of reactions
1. chemical energy to electrical energy
and
2. electrical energy to chemical energy.
@@ChemistryLearners it means the pattern of oxidation and reduction chages every time and its not fixed at anode and cathode side
