Hahah, I LOVE him too - we were told that he was doing his interviews in characters - and then he switched during my interview! Netflix had only sent me one episode of the show 2 hours before the junket so I didn't know much more about his character's arc. This is one of my favorite interviews of all time, and that includes Presidential candidates, Stan Lee, and so much more. I was definitely awkward but loved the whole experience. Thanks for watching!

1. Method acting is before and during filming not interviews after the film is done 2. He doesn’t have no damn Oscar 3. I know Death Note and that is not remotely how L is, that’s Lakeith’s weird interpretation of the character
@@BijinMCMXC ecuse me Oscar nom. And not everyone breaks after filming. And they're areb3 varions of his character ...I thouggt he did a good job of the combination...but putting that aside, he can be who he wants.
He’s never been nominated for an Oscar. If you don’t break character even after the role is over, you’re an attention seeking weirdo at that point. I do not think he did a good job. He did that character no justice and did things that character would never even do. Like sniff and lick his feet like a weirdo. His interpretation of the character is terrible and embarrassing.
I standby Lakeith being a great choice for L. The problem was the script took away all of the characters reasoning and sense of deduction. Which the entire point of the world's most brilliant detective L. Damn they fumbled this movie so hard.
