One time Ester obasike told us to pray and Fast for 28days and after doing exactly I received my promotion..I was promoted in my place of work and received all areas of my salary since my promotion was backdated for six months. My manager informed us that I was supposed to have been promoted six months before...therefore my promotion was over due therefore they had to pay all the six months .Glory to God This year I will purpose pray and Fast

Am glad to see Dr. Jason Fung in your list, the intermittent fasting doctor. I've followed him for 3 years. Intermittent fasting worked so well for me in 2019 interms of fat loss and general health.
