Same PCB.. PFC complete ckt blown up, including IGBTs, PNP, NPN transistors and connected resistors. I do not have the component details.. is it possible for you to provide it or make a video on PFC ckt for this PCB with details of the all PFC components. Thanks in advance. Nice information, sir ji Daikin ke isse board me IGBT RJQ per on board lage Reactor se aane wali supply per 7D0 Resistance or V6 Diode lage hai, wo IGBT ke saat kharab ho jate hai unki value kya hoti hai.. please help me Thank you
I've this EXACT same PCB in my Daikin Inverter 5 Star AC, 1.5 Ton. The error showing is F3. The AC is out of service since 28th Apr 2022 & Auth Service Technician is not able to find the exact fault. AC is only 4.5 years old. The compressor starts & runs at full load for 5-8 mins. Pulling ~10 Amps. Unit is rated at 5.9 Amps only. It gets extremely hot & trips after 5-8 mins. The ODU fan runs for another 1-2 mins & stops as well... After some time the compressor again runs for another 5-8 mins & trips again. This cycle repeats again & again & then F3 error shows on indoor display. There is not much cooling coming form the indoor unit. F3 denotes Outdoor unit discharge temperature is too high caused by 1) Low refrigerant (R32 was recharged twice) 2) Faulty Sensor (New sensor installed) 3) Blocked Pipe (ODU is only 18 ft away & not very old with only 3x 90 degree bends) 4) Faulty PCB Daikin Auth Tech replaced PCB & the problem remained so he told me the new PCB is also faulty & he will get another one. He is adamant that the PCB is at fault & there is nothing wrong anywhere else. Changing PCB is very expensive. Is the PCB really at fault & could be repaired if so ????
