Is it difficult to activate for foreigners ? Because It was too complicated for inde, because I don't have any Indian no. Thanks for those good information.
Hey! I’m planning to travel to Bali in Oct’24. Do you still recommend telkomsel and happy cell outlets or are there better and cheaper options now? Would be great if you could resolve my query, TIA 😊
My friends and I, 10 of us wd be there on Oct 26. I suppose it is always there and we are going for Telkomsel one month USD 5 , confirmed (just googled)
Hi Ai-Suan! Thanks a lot! Well, for foreign exchange we did not really do any there. We did it before our travel in Malaysia. That said, if you need to change, better go for reputable ones, with proper shops and not those standalone booths or stands by the road side. I've heard of many people getting conned there. Was it some place similar for you? Else, one of the best ways to get the best rates is to use ATM, but this might not be worth it if you are taking out too little cash as there are ATM fees involved.
@@kelvinballoo Thank you!! Will keep that in mind! Yeah it was one of those standalone booths... lucky we realised they swapped out the notes before it was too late.
but 7$ for 6GB really is not a good deal.. our wifi in our accommodation is soo bad (not existing) and we will probably need unlimited internet or something very high like 50GB, because we also work online. What about that, do you have infos for that?

I've got my hands on a Telecomsell Simcard but my Phone wouldnt Accept it. What should I do?
@Moritz Perez, sorry to hear that. I can't really help you with that. It's best if you check with Telkomsel itself.
