Go on a, place called ModDB. Then search up Battlestations pacific and go into the big 12 gigabyte Kantai Kessen download. I'm pretty sure you just drag and drop it in. Then download the Shinano bug fix from the same guy which will add the Shinano carrier and a few fixes. Also drag and drop. If it asks something along the lines of "These files are already here, replace?" Then just say yes

Is there a way to get rid of some of the camoes like the blue one on Yamato class 1945?
I feel like it's to avoid copyright with the camo..

Hm, I dowloaded the mod but I don't see Satsuma or Kearsarge battleships in my version. Did you add them manually?
