OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries Work Experience Programme

اختتمت أوكيو للمصافي والصناعات البترولية - إحدى شركات مجموعة أوكيو - بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم برنامج "خبرات العمل" لطلاب الصف العاشر والحادي عشر. هدف البرنامج إلى تنمية مهارات الشباب لفهم بيئة العمل وتوجيه شغفهم وتطلعاتهم تجاهه، مسلطًا الضوء على الجانب المهني وعمليات الشركة، إلى جانب تنمية المهارات الذاتية، وثقافة العمل، والأمن السيبراني ومهارات العمل للمستقبل.
OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has successfully concluded the "Work Experience" programme for tenth and eleventh-grade students. This initiative aimed to equip young individuals with the necessary skills to comprehend the professional environment and align their passions and aspirations with it. The programme emphasised technical skills and company operations, personal development, work culture, cybersecurity and future work skills.
