I tried the pre shampoo today after your last upload (bought 2) and now I’m definitely going to go purchase the cream and gel! That wash n go looks good 😍 African Pride sponsor this man!
I've tried the new moisturizing detangler and fell in love. Never had so little shedding and breakage.. Gave the moisturizing curling puddling a try by itself yesterday. It left my hair shiny, but hard and straw-like.
Hey Curly Guy. Your videos and hair are always amazing. I'm no longer using gels because I've decided to embrace my gray hair. Curl creams keep more moisture in my hair.
@@LoveNaisa I didn't say that gels change your hair color, but gels(brown and black) will stain gray/white hair making it look dingy. My post was about moisture retention and what works for me.
They added few products to the line but the line when it 1st game out for awesome for my hair. I can actually use all the styles (leave in, curling cream and gel cream) by themselves. I have type 4 curly kinky hair. Haven't used the gel yet, I just bought it. The gel cream is the truth. Great line!
I love your videos and you have beautiful hair. I would love to see you do a start to finish using only black-owned products. I have made a commitment to support black-owned brands and it is like starting from the beginning. I love the way you explain things and will be checking in with your channel often.
I just bought that 4 days ago! I got a problem area too..the crown. That gel ain't bad BUT I'm thinking about using it for a braid out or twistouts. Hmm, wonder if a bantu or rollerset work 🤔 Anyways on a 1-5 rating it's a 2 1/2 for me.
I love this video! I've been wanting to try the gel but I'm scared to try new gels. My favorite gel is the eco styler argan oil gel. I need the weight for my hair to form and hold throughout the week.
I use a lot of African prides products but never tried this gel can’t find it in my stores either, I love their products though guess I’ll have to get from Amazon
Yes, that Wetline is the truth...! I would love to try one of the AP Max hold gels. I liked the Aloe Vera & Coconut Water. I just need a little more hold. Love your tutorials. Thanks
Have you tried the Kinky curiy leave-in and the gel? It might work even better. Even in your problem areas. With Kinky curly hair has tti be soaking wet but the results are awwesime
I used the curling cream and gel. I think I was a bit heavy-handed because it started to flake up after a few days. Im going to try it again and add more water instead. Live the products though they gave great results
Haven't tried that gel yet..I have tried the curly cream and it isn't bad. My personal fav gel still is between two. Love Uncle Funky's Daughter and Pattern...never fails me.😉 Thanks for the review.
The whole time U were talking I was looking in ur mouth 2 see if U were still wearing braces ur teeth look gr8. Now back 2 ur hair the results nice definition & shine & ur hair dry exactly like the wet look.😀
You know they have 2 other gels besides the aloe and coconut water? This one has the least hold to it. The other 2 are black castor and jojoba and olive oil and tea tree. Very strong hold on those 2..ur wng will def last you..💖
Hey @curlyguy I would love to see you do a gel comparison of “The Mane Choice 24k twisting gel vs. Camille Rose Curl Maker” in a wash and go…. Please????? So far your videos and you hair come the closest to mine (not to mention very few guys doing videos). I would say though my hair is a lot shorter than yours I get mostly the same results except for maybe 3 gels so far. Love love love your vids. Please keep them going.
I have not tried anything from the heritage line could you please try and review them. I'm out here in barely any black people north carolina and I keep asking my husband can we move to a bigger city or back to GA because it's nearly product dry here. I live by the leave in and curling cream from African Pride. It is my go to for my 3 year old and myself. It doesn't really work for my 4 year old though her hair is more white people curly like her daddy's. She can use the same shampoos and conditioners but not styling products. I've never tried the gel cause it's never in stock when I go to buy it. Also thank you for your prepoo review ❤️ You are a god send when it comes to what products to try on mine and my daughters hair.
Omg I thought it was just me..I even used the curling cream from the same line smh. I’m sad because I really love the gel but the flakes is a no go for me
I fully wash my hair every two weeks but rinse my hair out with hot water each week (just works for me and my sporty lifestyle) Do you think you could use this to detangle without shampooing after? so just rinse it out with hot water? (African Pride pre-shampoo I'm referring to)

Yes, please do a video on the Hairitage line. Inquiring minds want to know 🤔

The final results came out really good. I was looking like it a good job to be lite, leave you hair elongated pre-stretched.
Really really nice
I used that curl cream on my low ponytail today and i must say I’m impressed.
Kinky Curl Custard/Gel. It worked great on my hair..
My favorite gel is extreme wetline

I don’t do gels but the rest I may try. Need a good backup line. 🥰
Never used those products before. Will try them out. You definitely have volume with defined curls. Thank You 👏🏾🥰
Gorgeous hair😍🥰❤

African pride have a gel n cream product
I've been using the African pride moisture miracle flaxseed curling cream for years when I twist my hair. It has a light hold.
Heritage is awesome ❤

Can you explain a good routine with the shea moisture hair mask
I went and got this yesterday and it worked great. Thank you for the cosign.
Question, can you recommend me a Leave-In-Conditioner with amazing slip?
Wet line gel. Love your channel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

What gel do u use for your problem area?
Thats my question as well. @Curly Guy please let us know.
He fine
I had flakes after a few days, but other than that it was cool
Omg I thought it was just me..I even used the curling cream from the same line smh.
I’m sad because I really love the gel but the flakes is a no go for me
@@iPARiSx what gel doesn’t give flakes? Genuine question, kindly respond. Thanks .
