Chocolate Cake

Ingredients for the cake
3 Eggs
1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of oil
5 tbs Cocoa powder
2 Cups of flour (self raising)
10g Baking powder
5g vanilla powder (optional)
Ingredients for the sauce
1 Cup of sugar
4 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 Cup of oil
1 1/2 Cup of milk
1/2 tea spoon salt
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar together until the colour becomes pale. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until it becomes smooth.
Pour it in a greased cooking dish. Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 30 minutes.
Sauce
Put all the ingredients in a pot, mix it well with a whisk. Keep mixing it until the sauce is cooked. Start cooking with a high heat first, once it starts to boil, bring the heat down to medium- low and cook it for 5 minutes.
Finally, pour the warm sauce on top the warm cake.
Cup size - 250ml
Cooking dish size - 27 x 40 cm
