Short answer is at least 2 days in between. If you workout on Sunday, your next day for the same muscles would be Wednesday. [You should never do intense workouts targeting the same muscles everyday. You'll end up injuring yourself badly. Rest days are just as important as the workouts. You should at the very very least give yourself 36 hours(really 50ish hours)for your body to repair.]
