Thank you! Merry Christmas to you too! There is really no reason to play this other... Its a bit of a weird gift from Wargaming. It would not have hurt if it were a premium tank.
Its just another appeasement tank to get you to forget that there is 750 plus tanks in the game to be played on 4-5 maps per session when you still to a close tier range. Same damn maps over and over again to do the EXACT same thing over and over again no matter the tank you use.
There are a lot of maps, but the pool that they use is kind of small. I noticed that they have 4-5 maps in rotation, and it just sucks. Why have so many maps and not use them?
Because the map you play on is dependent on the tank and tank tier you choose. Which is also absolutely stupid. Contrary to the whole premise of the game. We're playing tanks, an almost go anywhere vehicle. There should be no map restrictions. This is why I dont play the Grand battle mode. More maps would help but wont completely solve problem. Again its just sad 13 year old game and 750+ tanks that you can only play 1 at a time on the same 4-5 maps over and over. @@TheFrXion
Kinda where I got. I felt there was no creativity. Just a repeat of mindless actions. Frontline is the only mode where maps are big enough that you can maneuver and try to do something different. Or lower tier games where you don't have view range saturation over the entire map.
@@esbam2002 I don't do Frontline and only played the Grand Battle maps a few times. They are better maps but I don't Play them because they are restricted to tier x only.
@@kybbleI've only seen a Grand Battle map once in my entire WoT time, starting in 2016 on PC. That was a game in the Lt-432 when they opened it for T8 a short time I think. They need to make it a permanent thing. I've been a strong advocate for larger maps given how over saturated the sardine can maps we have now are in view range.
We talked about this. Still hold that if they made it a premium with credit bonuses and bonds there would be a reason to play it. As it is if you have the Iron Arnie there is literally no reason to play the Patton Tank. I like it, as it looks similar to an M60A1, but they nerfed it too hard from T10 to T9. If I'm going to play a T9 reward MT tank I have a Char 4 that is MUCH better. As for being tall, have you ever stood next to American armor? The M60 was a rather tall tank. I also remember in the army the first time I stood next to a Bradley. Might as well paint a bullseye on the side.
During my service we had a few days with our armored contingent consisting of Leopard 2a4s and they were pretty large. Our little Piranha 3s on the other hand were pretty compact. I have seen the bradleys and other IFVs and they are all so large 😂.
Console WoT and PC WoT are separate. A lot on console you will not find on PC, in many cases this is good. Cough, cough Sexton II, cough. In others tanks that are on both are not always the same. PC the Tiger 131 is T6 with standard MM. Console the 131 is T7 with PMM, and was a few years ago OP. The Pz V/IV on console is more OP than on PC as it has more HP on console. I left console for PC though right before the "Mercenary" Tank rubbish.
That is exactly why its the perfect Wargaming gift. It literally has no value for the player other than its a tier 9 gift. You cannot even sell it for the credits 😂. If it had been a premium it would have been a nice gesture but like this... its completely pointless.
I already like it, feels like tier IX M4A1 VeraLouise my 1st tier VIII prem.
Also a very funny premium medium tank!
Nice review as always. As you say - why play this when there are better options available.
Merry Christmas 😁

Only play for the Sound effects now. I stopped playing for stats and winrates 40K games ago.

It is not a waste of space in your garage, you can put some crew in it if your baracks are full 😂
Hahahah, that is an option xD.
Xbox console didn't get it. I haven't seen a single one
I think it's because Console and PC are two very different versions of World of Tanks. I hope you got a gift at least :).
Yha I got a T42 in a warchest.
Congrats! Is it good? I never had the T42. @@the-zilla

no idea why anyone would play this when the amx30 and centurian 7/1 are in the game. Those are just 2 examples of tanks that are better in EVERY way
There is no reason to play this tank. It could have been okay if it was a premium.
@@TheFrXion exactly, the extra credits and bonds would at least give people a reason to play it

No
There is not a single reason to play this tank,ok gesture is nice and thx for free tank but still not gona play this
