maybe Jin or maybe not. Fingers so distinct to be Jin’s. Though some other staff could have same as his? The folding of the fingers in the original video is so Jin for me. Why use a cube instead of just blurring like those staff with Suga behind the camera. Even the camera guy in front of the audience was blurred and no cube. If that was indeed Jin, blurring him will not be enough since he has short hair and is probably wearing a cap. So it will obviously be him and not allowed by military. The way of swaying, the slightly slouched posture and wide shoulders seem to be him. again, could be him or not him but higher probability it’s him.
I also want to react to the picture jikook sitting on a boat together if you watch carefully you can see ther was a thirt person sitting next to jimin and also now who is moon en the fish for my een tuna and we also now who sing the song super tuna so for my ther was no jikook only jinkook,beautiful video its make my so happy that jin was there all my love to jinkook ❤❤❤

I believe, the picture of Jin with the hyung line, was taken at the last day of Suga "ENCORE" concert, so it was on August 6, 2023. Not July tho. Although, I do think it is 99% Jin, but I don't think that part of your reasoning (the concert part) is correct, tho. Unless I misunderstood it.
