DAMNNN that jake brake on 6588 makes it sound like a BEAST!!! I rode on # 6486 about a year ago and thats wen i found out that Greyhound put ZF Astronics in their buses. Good Video.
The Jake brakes on the Greyhound DL3s are not that loud. In fact, the whole bus is pretty quiet. These things are nice and rebuilt now, comfortable for long trips.
I just got my interview Saturday with greyhound Saturday i hope this give me a chance to show how much i want this job I'm just waiting for the phone call :-)

How should I know, never seen a Greyhound depot needing fences for security.
@rm97ag That would depend on the series. I believe the earlier D-4500s still had the Allisons in them.
Why is there a fence at the bus station?
Look like Detroit!!! My city

Man I love those Series 60 MCIs, they sound gangsta
Why did the driver stop?
You hit 3 birds with 1 stone . That gate opens so slow. It looked like the RTS engine lid was opening. Are the RTS retired now?
I used to drive those buses. They used to have 6 speed allisons in them. I guess they replaced them!
If the current Volvo jake brakes just do a strange noise which irritates me, so this engine must do a terrible noise inside the cabin.
