Ingredients:
1 Yam
1 kg of beef, cut into cubes
4 cloves garlic
1 and a half onion
200 ml of oil for cooking and also oil for frying
Spices: Black pepper, Curry powder, Herb of Provence, Paprika
Cube (Organic, homemade or according to your taste
1 small bouquet of basil leaves
1 small bouquet of parsley
2cc mustard

1 petit bouquet de feuilles de basilic
1 petit bouquet de persil
2cc de moutarde
Un delicieux ragout d'igname avec de la viande de boeuf. Simple mais delicieux.
