Thank you! CW Pencil Enterprise is a spot that I browse frequently so I really enjoyed seeing a review of many of the pencils I've been wanting to try.
omigosh! i so want to try one of their sampler sets and the scented pencils, but whew! i was secretly hoping i'd find a discount code with an internet search, but nada, LOL. i should probably wait for a slight sale, but they do seem so great.
My favourite eraser is the faber Castell dust free in color blue, you may be want to try the blackwing pearl, the natural is one of the hardest, for art porpoises i like the mitsubishi's hi uni
My son is left handed and I am just now looking for left handed notebooks, scissors, etc. Man I never realized how difficult the world is for Lefties til now.
something I learned as an artist: never use an electric pencil sharpener, they just eat your pencils. I always use manual sharpers and my favorite is the Faber-Castell Grip Trio Pencil Sharpener.
If you're looking for a nice dark black pencil that does not smudge too much, why not try out a black colored pencil from prismacolor, faber -castel or caran d'ache? They are artist grade colored pencils, so they can be a bit pricey. You could try out watercolor pencils as well.
