Early Spring Blackfin Tuna on the Fillet Table

Here's a quick video of an early spring blackfin tuna on the planer that we filleted up for the dinner table. A sharp knife and well iced fish are two of the most important aspects when it comes to filleting fish. Loving our new SeaWard Systems fillet table!
