Development around COSM and a parking structure next to it. Residential is getting closer to finishing up on The Wesley and Crosby developments. ICONIX gym plot looks to be in the works soon.

This is looking very promising. However, this area needs a significant green space. There needs to be a decent sized park with walking paths, picnic areas, a few basketball courts, maybe tennis and pickle ball courts, etc.

There are a few hotels planned there in full build out. Still in the early phases (the entire project).

@@Ktaurus26 im not entirely sure. I did some research, & couldn’t find a definitive answer. I believe full build out depends on the economy & demand. Total buildout is 8.5 million sq ft of office & condo space. There will be multiple entertainment complexes, shopping centers, public parks, event centers, etc. this is one of the biggest urban infill projects & may take decades for a full build out. Im not sure if its just the stadiums/sports complex is 238 acres or is it the entire Hollywood Park.
