For a long time MyNameIsByf wanted Seasons that felt like sequels to eachother. For the first time, this Season feels like that. It feels like a Sequel to Season of the Chosen, specifically.
Definitely, I also love how recent stories have gone over morality, I agree with Crow, it is disgusting to raid something’s mind, and it makes me think about how in actual warfare people pretend their enemies aren’t human, and that is not true, at least, some people I think are cruel, but dehumanization is a real moral dilemma in warfare. Crow understands how from the Darkness there can be Light, he was a murderer, a pirate King, a turncoat to his entire kingdom, and the Traveler granted him the Light. That’s why he is conflicted about fighting other Lightbearers, and I see him as what Guardians should be. He worked alongside the Eliksni, sympathized with the Cabal, and the Hive. I like Crow, he’s my favorite, and he should be the next Hunter Vanguard. Uldren Sov as Cayde’s successor, I like that
Wasn't around for most of these seasons (haven't played since Forsaken and before fhe Armor rework) but its interesting to see the story i wasn't around for.
It was short. 4 weeks of running the same 3 strikes compared to 7-8 weeks? I am getting tired of constant striking so not having to grind them for 2 months is a nice change

And kinda a sequel to witch queen, with the lucent hives role, although it does seem kinda like savathun is still alive during the time
This season really blew me away honestly. Probably my favorite seasonal story so far.
