Vortex Aggregate Bucket Diverter

Designed for demanding applications when handling abrasive materials such as sand, gravel, whole grains, and coal. Available with optional inlets, chute liners, and bucket liners extend the life of the diverter. A standard access panel allows for quick and easy entry to the interior of the diverter for inspecting and cleaning. The heavy-duty abrasion resistant bucket is also removable while the diverter is in-line reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

Hello, Jesus. Thank you for your question. While the Aggregate Diverter can be used in salt applications, it is difficult to say whether or not it is the best choice for your particular application. Considerations to make include salt particle size, abrasiveness of the salt, salt type (table or rock), and the importance of a positive seal across the closed outlet leg, to name a few.
