About Extreme Mode, the enemies don't hit harder, what the mode entails is that you die in one hit no matter how many rings you have if anything hits you and you play the entire game at default stats the entire time, but one benefit is you keep your rings at all times (except if you battle Ghost in Ouranos Island) so you're in a permanent state of Power Boost, I've actually made videos where I battle each Titan on this difficulty (not even Super Sonic is exempt from the rules of Extreme Mode), and yes Shark is a little more tedious at base stats, it's a pretty decent mode that's not too difficult if you know what you're doing but do note that the Cyberspace levels require you to clear them faster on this mode to a point where you need to know some speedrun strategies like the Homing Dash and players can't rely too heavily on the Fishing mini-game on Extreme Mode since the prices are raised higher in that mode. As far as I can tell from playing myself, the only exceptions to the rules of Extreme Difficulty that I know of are the Ikaruga styled shooter sections (including The End), and Supreme's turret projectiles which for the latter I don't get. I think the next DLC for the previously captured trio is gonna be during the time Sonic is Frozen at the end. They'll probably enter his consciousness and take the corruption fixing the weird moment it created.

But Tails was unfamiliar with those Dark Gaia creatures and was surrounded by 7 of them. I agree with you on Forces though
